3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and support services (bookings, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, intake, and customer support).
  • Communicate with you via channels you’ve consented to.
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve our sites/services; prevent fraud and abuse.

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition).
  • Legal/safety (when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security).

We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Security

Where required, the notice will be clear and include: a toll-free number to reach us; toll-free numbers/addresses for major credit reporting agencies; the types of data involved; a general description and approximate date of the incident (if reasonably determinable when noticed); steps we’ve taken to protect systems; advice to monitor accounts/credit; and whether any notice delay was requested by law enforcement.
